KUALA LUMPUR
The airplane left Tokyo at 11:30 p.m.
Then I arrived in Kuala lumpur at about 6:00 a.m.
In the airplane, all seats were reserved because of Independence Day.
I realized that my poor English was understood.
Next, I got a SIMcard.
I needed it to use map app.
The price was about 40 Ringgit.
At the store, I noticed difference of service in Malaysia.
In Japan, if we buy something at a store, the clerk take too polite attitude.
(If we don’t give a tip, they do so. The problem is what they don’t receive wages for taking polite attitude.)
SIGHTSEEING AROUND THE CITY
The center of Kuala Lumpur is 50 kilometers away from Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
So I took a train.
I saw many palm trees from the window.
It was too big.
I was lost a little…
In the city road, I felt unique smell of Southeast Asia.
Breakfast was this.
Chinese steamed buns.
I went to a temple of hindoo.
Malaysia Flag
In the city, there were many national flags of Malaysia.
Maybe it was because 31.08. Independence Day.
Malaysia is the nation of Muslim, but ethnic Chinese and Indian are in.
What is the meaning of different races hoisting the national flag?
I thought Nation was bundle of different races in Malaysia.
I can see a meaning of freedom.
On the other hand, Japan is single ethnic nation.
What is the meaning of national flag in Japan?
In a sense, it maybe mean intolerance and control, I think.
